Wettstein's will service ALL gas/electric appliances and digital, HD, Plasma, and big screen TV's that have been purchased at Wettsteins. We will also service products IN WARRANTY from customers that have moved into our service area or have purchased mobile homes or RV's with the appliances already in them. (In these cases, we need to have the proof of purchase faxed to us or sent to us to submit with the warranty claim).

Wettstein's In-Warranty Responsibilities:

• The Sales Department will exchange both small electronics and Counter-top Microwaves (excludes OTR models), providing unit is $199.99 or below in retail cost and is within 90 days of purchase.

• The Service Department will ship small electronic units costing more than $199.99 retail and/or having partial warranty coverage, back to the manufacturer**.

• The Service Department will repair under manufacturer product warranty, any Counter-top Microwaves costing more than $199.99 retail, and all OTR Microwaves.
