History
Wettstein's Audio Visual started in 1935 as Community Movies when then owner Dave Marck started showing movies in small towns around the area with local businesses paying for same. In the early 1940's the first store was opened in the 500 block of Main Street in LaCrosse selling cameras and projectors and repairs on projectors. Projection and PA systems for Education and Churches were also sold and serviced.

The store moved several times to other locations in the same block and in 1952 they moved into a larger location at 506 Main Street and added electronic products such as televisions and stereos, etc. At this time they changed the name to Community Camera and TV, Inc., the store expanded, and many other audio visual product lines were added.

The store was purchased by Wettstein's in August of 1992 and renamed Community Computer. Recently the name has been changed again to Wettstein's Audio Visual.
